All American Painting, LLC (“All American”), Consolidated Construction Group, Inc. (“Consolidated”), Goodland Foods, Inc. (“Goodland”), and Titan Tube Fabricators, Inc. (“Titan”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”), appeal from the judgment entered by the trial court following a jury verdict in favor of Financial Solutions and Associates, Inc.(“Financial Solutions”), on their claims of violations of the Telecommunications Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C.A. section 227.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However,
